It might seem fussy or like the name of chapter of an Enid Blyton book but lavender sugar is a something you should make today and leave in your cupboard for days that require a little flower power.

Great stirred into tea, in baked goods, cocktails or cold drinks like homemade lemonade, lavender sugar is one of those ingredients that you didn’t know you needed until using it. It’s super cheap and easy to make as well so works well as a gift or low-cost wedding favours.
