Cooking Indian food is easy when you know how. Read on to find out about my classes and how I can teach you to cook beautiful Indian food in your own home.
Explore the joys of Indian cooking for yourself with PomPom Cookery Classes.
We’re so used to eating Indian food in restaurants, that the idea of cooking it for ourselves at home often seems like an unreachable thing to do. The truth is, far from being a cuisine that is prepared hidden away in professional kitchens, real traditional Indian food is the ultimate home cooking experience. Once you understand the basics, and are willing to put a little bit of love into it, cooking beautiful, fresh authentic Indian food is really not that hard.
My cookery classes are designed to be informative and hands-on, but most importantly, fun and easygoing. You’ll experience every stage of cooking a dish from toasting, grinding and layering spices, learning the Ayurvedic health benefits of the ingredients, all the way to garnishing your finished creations.
No two classes are the same as your class will be designed with your aims and desires in mind. At the end of your class you’ll enjoy the fruits of your labour with a delicious meal, made by you, that you can either take home to enjoy or devour fresh out the pan at the chef’s table.
Whether you’re a beginner cook or seasoned pro, there’s something for everyone with my tailor-made classes.
