My favourite way to eat Feta cheese. Sweet, salty, and deliciously soft texture to spread on top of pitta. Serve as a starter or as an accompaniment to other dishes such as Greek Giant Beans.

Turn the grill on and place the baked feta under the grill for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately with bread, as part of a mezze, or with some delicious Greek Giant Beans.
The refreshing dip that tastes of sunshine and lazy holidays.

Middle Eastern Meatballs
There is nothing quite like the sight (and indeed smell) of an overcrowded pan of meatballs and red sauce to remind you that the simple pleasure in life are what it’s all about.

Marrow & Kale Cheese
Think classic cauliflower cheese, sans cauliflower, but replaced by two deliciously seasonal veggies of Autumn.
